Tea Chat With Lady Estelle |
I just adore Summer Tea Time. I find many people feel tea time is only for the warm weather. But I love Summer Afternoon Teas. Let me help you plan a nice little tea gathering for the month of July.
First, start with a lovely bouquet of flowers arranged from your garden to decorate your table. I cut these lovely roses from a potted plant I had on my porch. I was so happy to see them bloom so well.
Then, choose the perfect tea that you can enjoy hot or iced. I found this tea from Oliver Pluff & Co. It is fruity and so delicious. You can purchase this in tea bags or whole leaf.
This is a easy treat to serve with your tea.
Tiers of delicate sponge cake covered in succulent berries and a cloud of whipped cream with a hint of Grand Marnier.
What a delight! So, go ahead and plan that afternoon tea for two or just you!
DID YOU KNOW?
Teatime is the time at which the tea meal is usually eaten, which is late afternoon to early evening, being the equivalent of merienda. ... Some people in Britain refer to their main evening meal as "tea" rather than dinner or supper.
Delightful post!
